Trip K-Beauty stores only the minimum information needed to fulfil your booking request: your name or account handle, the requested salon, designer, date and time, and any messages you send us. This includes any data received through Meta/Instagram — for example, your Instagram username and the messages you sent to our Instagram account (@tripkbeauty).
To request deletion of your data, contact us through either channel below with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the account name you contacted us with:
We will delete your data and send you a confirmation within 30 days of receiving your request. Deletion covers all personal data we hold about you, including any data received through Meta/Instagram, unless a longer retention period is explicitly required by applicable US or South Korean financial and business record-keeping regulations.
