Terms of Use

Effective Date: May 2026

Article 1 — Purpose and Definition of Service

These Terms of Use govern the conditions and procedures for using the global K-beauty reservation proxy platform service provided by the US corporate entity tripKbeauty (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). The Company's service is strictly limited to an "online booking proxy service" that technically executes reservations at South Korean beauty salons on behalf of international users who lack a Korean mobile phone number or a verified Naver account.

Article 2 — Independent Platform & Third-Party Disclaimer

1

Independence from Naver Platform: The Company is an entirely independent, third-party service provider. It maintains no equity relationship, official partnership, affiliation, or outsourcing contract with Naver Corp., nor does it have proprietary integration with Naver Booking or Naver Pay. The Company solely utilizes its own dedicated proxy accounts and systems to facilitate reservations for user convenience.

2

Independence from Individual Service Providers: Each beauty salon, hair designer, or nail artist listed on the platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") operates as an independent business entity. The provision of a unique, custom shop or designer URL is a technical convenience and does not constitute a joint venture, franchise, partnership, or employer-employee relationship between the Company and the Service Provider under either US or South Korean labor laws.

Article 3 — Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

1

No Service Liability: The Company acts strictly as an intermediary proxy for the booking process. The Company assumes no legal, financial, or moral liability for the actual services rendered, including but not limited to styling results, chemical/allergic reactions, service dissatisfaction, injuries, or accidents occurring on the Service Provider's premises. Any disputes must be resolved directly between the user and the respective Service Provider.

2

Schedule Changes and Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation or schedule adjustment initiated by the Service Provider, the Company's sole obligation is to promptly notify the user. The Company is not liable for compensatory damages regarding related traveler losses, such as airline tickets, hotel accommodations, or travel disruptions.

Article 4 — Payment, Deposit, and Refund Policy

1

The total amount paid by the user at checkout consists of the Company's "Booking Proxy Fee" and the "Shop Deposit" required by the venue and advanced by the Company on behalf of the user.

2

In the event of a cancellation due to simple user change of mind, the advanced Shop Deposit portion is non-refundable, subject entirely to the individual salon's cancellation policy. The Company's Booking Proxy Fee is considered fully consumed upon the successful processing and placement of the reservation and is strictly non-refundable.
